We are playing as a poison drop that goes into the person's body and tries to kill him.

In the intro we see a short animation where a poison drop goes in a person's coffee cup.

Our game starts in a person's body. Main gameplay will require fighting the immune system inside the person. Different enemies will present a certain challenge to overcome while potency of the poison will drop over time but will be restorable by collecting various toxins. After we go through all the levels down, we will have to defeat the Heart.
